USED Q50 NEY CENTURION VACCUM PORCELAIN FURNACE W/DENTSPLY MAXVAC VACUUM PUMP ALL IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. This is a used Q50 Ney Centurion Vacuum Porcelain Furnace Model No. 9493930. Serial number APB0017-122, rated 100-120 volts AC single phase, 50/60 hertz, 12 amps, 1300 watts(1800 watts) with Dentsply MaxVac Vaccum Pump part number 9494198, rated 100-120 Volts AC single phase, 50/60 hertz, all in excellent condition. The furnace comes with a copy of its original manual. The furnace has a 72 inch long power cord for 115 volts AC with American standard 3-prong plug end. There are receptacles on the back of the furnace for 115 VAC vacuum pump power cord and for a 230 VAC vacuum pump power cord; but with this item is supplied a 96 inch long power cord to the 115 VAC vacuum pump. The furnace is 19 inches tall with the muffle open(in the up position) by 13 inches wide by 17-1/2 inches deep. It weighs 45 net pounds. The furnace chamber has a 2-1/2 inches working height by 4 inches inside diameter. The muffle is in excellent condition. In the lab we delivered vacuum rapidly in our lab test. The pump is 12 inches long by 7 inches wide by 8 inches tall and it weighs 17 net pounds. The pump comes with a 48 inch rubber vacuum hose 1/4 inch ID 1/2 inch OD that fits the furnace connection. A, serial number ABV9602-132, rated 100-125 volts AC single phase, 50/60 hertz, 13 amps, 1300 watts. The vacuum pump is model number DAA-V176-EB, serial number 00426403, rated 115/110 volts AC single phase, 3.5/3.6 amps, 60/50 hertz. Everything here has been checked out in our lab and it is working fine. The vacuum pump comes with a 9 foot long power cord with 3-prong plug end that fits the back of the furnace receptacle for powering the pump from the furnace control/programs. The furnace has a 66 inch long AC power cord with standard American 3-prong plug end. Up for sale is a gently used Q100 Ney Centurion Vacuum Porcelain Furnace with Diaphragm vacuum pump. Also comes with the Owner& Operator’s manual. The furnace is in good working condition with some normal wear. You can just plug this furnace into any AC power outlet and it will start working without any problem. Please see pictures for detail. LAB CLOSING! Ney Centurion Q50 Porcelain Oven WITH PUMP NICE! A real lab workhorse. These are the nicest. Most dependable, most adjustable porcelain ovens I have ever used in 35 years. These have the quartz muffle that is so durable. This oven works as you can see from pics. Heats up as you see in pic. As you can see the pump pulls 720mm like it should and then the pump turns off and stays off the rest of the time unless you have gotten some trash under the seal. Sooo. the pumps only run 10% as long as other ovens. Last porcelain fired a week ago but I just tested the oven one last time before boxing up. AOK. By the way- the"panic button" is not real- just a novelty I stuck on it- didn't want to pull paint off removing it! The oven holds vacuum well on the 680-700 level, during a regular firing cycle the pump turned on again just once only, right before the end of the cycle. Very nice! NEY CENTURION VPC"PROGRAMMABLE PORCELAIN FURNACE" WITH A QUARTZ SPIRAL MUFFLE. This ceramic/ porcelain furnace was hardly used in my lab because it was my back up. My main one is the same type and these just don't have that many problems, at least in my case. Very simple to program and use. It is very accurate. A vacuum pump is required for full use other than a glaze cycle. There is"no" vacuum pump included with this listing. You will love this furnace! They are my favorite's" Please pay within 2 days.
