It shows a boy with a hat holding a basket of fruit and he is holding one apple up high in his left hand.He still has gold remaining on his pants, though the cold painted gold has begun to turn which is normal. Most is still there. The condition is excellent with no chips or cracks and we used a UV black light to chek for any repairs and there were none. The piece measures 7"T X 5 1/2"W X 3"D. The company was founded in 1859. From the colors used and the markings. I believe this was made prior to 1875. In 1875 they added a red marking on the bottom of the piece. The company changed hands over the years and finally went out of business in 1951. This figure is a nice size, measures 8 1/2"l x 6 1/2"h x 4" deep. No chips or cracks. She even still has all her delicate little fingers. Very nice detail on this. Very good condition.

KODAK RETINA I am 68 years of age. I had my first camera when I was six years of age. It was a Donald Duck Camera made by the David White Company of Chicago. The camera did not last beyond my first attempt to take underwater pictures with it over at our local swimming hole. For a few years. I got by with my mother's 620 box camera- which I still have- and I also occasionally used my uncle's Anniversary Kodak- which I also still have- but sooner or later, my parents got me a Kodak twin lens reflex, which really was no great shakes. In the summer of 1959, I took all the money that I had accumulated from picking berries, milking cows, and keeping bees- no, this is not a Horatio Alger story, as I was probably far more successful as a kid than I am as an adult- and plunked all my money down at J. Boyd Ellis' store in Arlington, and ... moreordered a Kodak Retina Reflex S, which I managed to keep and use for the next 15 years until the local teenagers walked into the house while I was gone and took the camera along with a lot of other things. Where I was raised, it was OK to leave the front door unlocked, but not here in suburbia. Anyway, that first Retina Reflex S led me into a very serious hobby of photography, along with a serious hobby of collecting, and the Retina family of cameras is one series of cameras that I was quite serious about collecting. However, I then discovered that it is a lot more fun to buy and sell than it is to accumulate. I no longer have much of a collection, but I certainly try to keep the photographic merchandise coming so that I can sell it on eBay. Let's not re-invent the wheel. The rear barrel element is likewise in perfect condition. In general. The lens barrels are very clean with no dings. Dents, scrapes or brassing. The original lens caps. Front and rear, are included. The shutter is a Copal#3 in excellent condition. The shutter speeds including‘bulb’ and‘time’ all perform as they should. This is evidenced by the calibration report provided by a qualified service center that recently tested the shutter. The diaphragm movement glides very smoothly and evenly. The diaphragm blades are perfect. Clean and free of any grease or oil. The original Schneider blue box is also included and is in ok condition. The lens does not come with a retaining ring. The front element has a small internal crack at the very edge as pictured above. I've not tested this lens with film so I'm unsure what. If any, effect it would have on image quality but it could be at the edges of the image circle outside the film area. Both hal ves of the lens are free of scratches. Fungus or haze and are otherwise i n great shape. Cosmetically. They are clean and free of dents. This would be a great buy if you're looking to replace the rear half of your lens or to get a lens for cheap!

Up for auction is an excellent condition Schneider Kreuznach 240mm large format multicoated lens. Comes with more recent COPAL 3 shutter. The front and rear elements are scratch free and the lens barrel shows very light sign of use. I lost the original retaining ring but I got one custom made. Lens functions perfectly.
