However the metal portion on the barrel as a slight brown shade. It is uniform in appearance and certainly does not affect the performance of the lens. Schneider-Kreuznach Enlarger Lens f4.5/ 50mm. Always stored in an El-Nikkor bubble case for protection. F-stops at 4.5. 5.6, 8, 11, and 16. Made in Germany. I think there is also an extension tube included with this one. It's been a while since I've used it. So can't remember the exact detail about the extension. Going from the"DOORX" wording on the side, it would probably show up as a Leitz 17675 screw mount extension tube in a web search. I think it adapts 50mm Leica lenses from the Leitz Focotar to the Nikon El Nikkor. It's been a while since, so this is the best I can remember about it. Heavy, and is a great lens to use with a Linhof Technika Camera. It comes with a nice Linhof lens board and front/rear lens caps. This lens is being sold as-is. I took this lens into my local camera shop to have it inspected. They said that there is a slight bit of mildew inside the front element of the lens. They said that this mildew shouldn't effect performance. But was more of a cosmetic issue. The rear element part of the lens they said looked great and had only only a bit of dust. The lens functions great and has only some minor cosmetic wear on the outside. Sadly. My darkroom has had to go- so I am reluctantly selling most of my camera equipment: Here is my Schneider-Kreuznach SYMMAR-S Multicoating 360mm f6.8 lens It's had a fair bit of use. And suffered a bent front filter ring when my Cambo Legend fell over on its tripod- and the lens hit the foot of the studio wall! I continued to use it for several years afterwards. Without any problems whatsoever! It looks a bit'rough' but optically it's fine- the rear cell is good, shows no sign of'Schneideritis' and the#3 Copal shutter is excellent There are also a couple of small areas where the black edge coating on the rear of the front cell's front group is scratched. I've tried to show these in photo#4 They were there when I bought the lens. And I certainly never had a problem. If it bothers you. Schneider Arriflex Cinegon 16mm F/1.4 Lens Arri
This is a Nice Schneider Arriflex-Cinegon 16mm f/1.4 Lens in Arri standard Mount. The lens overall is in good shape but it does need a small repair done to it. The rear focussing ring is not put on properly and it doesn't focus right. I spoke to Bernie O'Doherty at Super16inc. about this lens and he says from what I describe that the focussing ring needs to be removed and reinstalled at the right"starting place" for the threads. He says that there are several starting points for the the threads on the focussing ring and if you don't get it in the right place it won't focus properly. There is one screw missing on the rear mount. The glass looks good and the aperture works properly. Comes with front and rear lens caps.
