Second Printing Paperback. A very interesting book detailing patterns for the midwest. Nice patterns. Please be aware that this book has been owned by an avid fly tyer and cigar smoker. And the books are stored where the cigars are smoked. So keep that in mind as you bid. My friends who borrow books say that the smell wears off in about a week. And you can read them in comfort at that time. They usually read them in dis-comfort before then. The grading is severe, I would rather you be surprised that the book is higher quality than you expected, than reverse. All are used books- I bought them to use. Not abuse, but to use.

I rate the condition of this comic as VG+. The principal reason for the rating is the missing cover piece in the bottom right corner and crease in the upper right corner. Beyond those two items this comic is a solid FN/VF. The comic lays flat. The cover has very fine color and gloss, the spine is tight, there are a couple stress lines along the spine and there is a little cover color loss near the spine edge near the top. The back cover looks very nice with some soiling in the white areas. The interior pages are complete, in very nice condition and there are no markings. The comic is bagged and boarded and will be protected by cardboard when shipped. I will combine shipping for multiple buys. There are 4 maps that pull open to show the details of each area. They are Northwest. Northeast, Southwest and Southeast. The book is about 7 by 5 inches when closed. As you can see there is some wear and a couple of the maps are not folded exactly to fit. I have not tried to straighten them. There is a little pencil& ink on the front& soiling, and of course a little edge and crease wear& small tears. Really, over all this is in good condition for maps. A little history of the area.
