New Style Ink Fountains (2) from Heidelberg Printmaster QM 46-2 Press
If you currently have a Heidelberg Printmaster press then you are already familiar with these ink fountains. If you have a Quickmaster press. Then you are adjusting your fountains with a series of"adjustment screws" the old fashion way! There's nothing wrong with doing it the old way. But the press people I deal with really appreciate the ease and functionality of the newer system that uses the"keys" When I first thought of selling these fountains to a Quickmaster press owner I thought I would have to include the fountain rollers as well. These rollers are different in the two presses. The Quickmaster press uses a hard rubber roller, and the Printmaster press uses an all steel roller. I recently found out that the older hard rubber roller from the Quickmaster can be used to replace a damaged steel fountain roller of ... morea Printmaster. If either roller will work with this fountain. Then you should be able to remove the older fountain, and replace it with the newer set up. Is this going to improve your operation or speed of operation enough to make this transition worthwhile? I don't know. But my guess is that sooner or later I'll find one of my local customers that will like the idea. Here's your chance!

The"HVK" board of a Heidelberg"Printmaster" QM 46 press was taken out of a working 1999 Printmaster press. It's very clean and was working fine right up until the press was taken off the line.

UFK Board for Heidelberg QM 46 "Printmaster" Press
This"UFK" board has been removed from a working 1999 Heidelberg Printmaster press. It is very clean and in good working condition. The part number from the sticker is( 00.785.0189/03) Unless you have a very unusual press. This would be used in the"Printmaster" press, and not the"Quickmaster" press. The harness for the machine is totally different. As of right now I have no real idea as to the retail new cost of this board so I may have priced it"real high" for all I know. I'll be asking Heidelberg for that information next week and adjusting my price accordingly. If you know what they charge and would share that info. I'd be grateful!

Heidelberg QM 46 ink fountain roller repair/exchange get $600.00 back
This is an original ink fountain roller from the master unit on an QM 46. I also have the roller for the secondary unit. Sold only on an exchange basis! We need your damaged roller and the parts that are shown so we can continue to offer this service to others. An $600.00 core charge is included in the price. When we receive the bad roller the $600.00 will be refunded to you, so the cost for the roller ends up being $1000.00. If you would like to send the bad roller in advance, we will not charge the deposit fee. If you would rather send your roller to be repaired and returned to you instead of and exchange, the turn around time is 5 business days, you will get the same service and all parts included.
