The equipment has been working fine up until the control board went out. We had just replaced all form ... morerollers.The new form rollers only have about one million impressions itself has 10,154,000 impressions. The board that went bad id Heidelberg DI Part No. A4.114.1047 We bought a Press#2 as a Supplement to the press#1 and#2 i.e. as a parts press. Has a RIP. 2 Heidelberg Di Plus 1999. About 20+ mil impressions, this press is slightly neglected and was taken out of service sort of brutally- The owner had defaulted on SBA loan and place was taken over by marshall in the middle of the working day- they just came, cut the power off, shut the place down. Based on that I was promised a completely functional machine at least electronics wise. Came with RIP. 3 Heidelberg DI Pro. Year 2002. Another nice unit. Had sustained some damage due to lose cover, once again, press#2 is supplement to anything it might need. Pictures will be attached. Heidelberg QM di and 2 color gripper bar.
This is a used but refurbished gripper bar for a DI or 2 color. All the springs are tight. bar is straight. Cam follower is replaced and is in perfect working condition. Its always good to have one of these on hand is case you have a jam up or one of your bars start to go and cause knicking problems. I am a Heidelberg tech and know that this is one of te items that go a lot. I also have many pistons, boards, gears and any thing else you may need. Heidelberg Quick master Di Delta Rip for Plus or Pro
Heidelberg Di delta rip set up for a plus or pro press. 12 ink zones. We do not have the discs at the moment but we are in the process of finding them. I Have taken this apart and cleaned and put a better power box in it. This rip is clean as far as the computer goes. Meaning it is not all bogged down with any other programs that would slow it down. I have ripped the calibration form on every queue and it rips it in under a minute. Here are the specs. Delta 6.1 Windows NT service pack 6. Ram at Heidelberg specs. Heidelberg Printing press part DI Plus and Pro Laser Drive Module
The only reason we are parting out this press is because the owner has gone with pvc printing instead of offset. So I convinced him to part out the press because he would not get the value he wants selling it whole. So this is one of many parts we are putting up. The part has very little use on it. In fact the press it self only has 3.5 million impressions on it. So all the imaging parts are barely used and very well maintained. This module is in perfect working order and the price is unbeatable. We only have 3 left because the word is out and one went already. Please look at my other listings for any other parts. AHH06741 Presstek Laser SIX 6 Diodes - Heidelberg Quickmaster DI QMDI 46-4 Pro
This presstek laser diode was pulled off our 2005 QMDI 46-4 Pro that was a Heidelberg and Press Clean press. The feeder unit went out and they yanked the computer and few parts and we bought it for parts for our press. Before it was decomissioned they ran a bunch of plate tests on it and all the diodes were working perfectly. The press had low impressions when put out of comission so these diodes are in good shape and are perhaps newer than many of the ones you might find out there.
