2006 PressTek Dimension 800 1) Around 36.000 plates burned in its life, of which 1/3 of that count are Davidson/QM-46 size. The lasers have been below half power for the last 4 years burning Agfa TS plates, so they have a LOT of life left in them. 2) It takes about 8 minutes to image a plate. 3) It is calibrated for Agfa Azura TS non-ablative chemfree plates that only require gum and are therefore very popular right now and print excellent AND it is calibrated for PressTek Anthem Pro ablative plates. 4) With the Agfa plates. It will maintain a consistent dot across the plate to +/ 0.3% less than half of 1% and we maintained G7 qualification for 4 years using it. 5) The machine comes with: a. Dell TIFF Catcher server b. Dell GUI workstation to operate and adjust the CtP c. Chiller d. Vacuum system(we had PressTek disable it with a jumper so ... morewe didn’t have to maintain it while running non-ablative plates) with a box of filters and bags of extra motor brushes if it is ever needed. e. Matching manual punch f. PressTek Anthem plate washing unit. Here is a box of new unopened presstek pearl plus DI plates. These are roughly 20.5 inches wide. There are 4 rolls per box. I believe that they are for a presstek 52DI. I bought out a shop for its customer base and these were in the stock room. I know that they had a presstek 52DI before the bank took it back. So I assume these were for it. I have several boxes of these if you would like more. I have them listed as for parts not working since all you will be receiving is a box of 4 new rolls of plate material. For sale is this Presstek Laser and driver board. Presstek part number AHH06331. This laser will work in a Presstek Dimension 200. Dimension 400, Ryobi 3404 DI, or KPG 5034 or 5634DI. This includes the laser and driver board. Presstek recommends that both be changed out at the same time. Most other sellers on ebay are only selling the laser and selling the board separately. These lasers sell new for $3.495 each. We have an entire Presstek Dimension 400 that we are stripping for parts. We have 16 of these lasers available. AHH06741 Presstek Laser SIX 6 Diodes - Heidelberg Quickmaster DI QMDI 46-4 Pro
This presstek laser diode was pulled off our 2005 QMDI 46-4 Pro that was a Heidelberg and Press Clean press. The feeder unit went out and they yanked the computer and few parts and we bought it for parts for our press. Before it was decomissioned they ran a bunch of plate tests on it and all the diodes were working perfectly. The press had low impressions when put out of comission so these diodes are in good shape and are perhaps newer than many of the ones you might find out there. We stand behind each of the diodes we sell. Used LASER diode from Heidelberg Quickmaster DI printing press. Presstek Part# AHH06741 These diodes are used but working and guaranteed.
