Auction includes: the 3 cylinder 22 hp diesel tractor. 4WD with PTO and hydrostatic transmission, a 4' shredder, 4' box blade, 54" belly mower, 4' loader We sold the 2+ acre ranchette. And this tractor is a bit of overkill for 1/2 an acre! One owner tractor. Tractor has 750 hours. And has been well maintained. Loader hydraulic lines have been replaced in the last two years. Tractor hood was powder coated a couple months ago to fix where my horse tried to eat it. New seat has been installed. Primary use was to mow the yard. The'04 or'05 kubota bx with fel(bush hog. 2 years old) and 54 inch mower deck with high lift blades. fel has 3 chain hooks on top, rops has 2 led night lights w/ seperate switch and implement light on back. Hydralic fluid and eng oil is synthetic and have just been changed along with filters, fuel included. Headlight lens has small crack and right foot board has been slightly bent. One of the front hubs has a small leak but i have seals for both sides. Have never had any serious problems with tractor. Both pto's work and hi and low trans works. Kubota Grass/leaf catcher BX 2200 Heavy Duty PTO/3Point Hitch
Offered is my Kubota Heavy Duty Grass/Leaf Collection system that runs off the pto and mounts on the 3 point hitch. The large hose is in perfect shape as well as the impeller. Actually the whole unit is in excellent condition minus a couple of tears in the bags which does not affect the utility. The reserve is set less than 1/2 the cost of a new unit(over $3000. Thanks for looking and bidding. Feel free to ask any questions. PS there is virtually no rust on the unit since it has been garaged its whole life. I also forgot to mention that I installed a set of casters on this unit so when its off the tractor it rolls for easy storage. This is a serious piece of equipment and will last for many years. I am re-listing this unit with a lower reserve and will also list on cragislist; These units don't come up very often.

Included in this sale: 2012 Kubota bx 1860 with approx 102 hours. 54 inch mid mount deck. Front end loader. All kubota paperwork. I bought this Tractor new and have mostly used it to mow my yard. It's been garage kept and looks nice. It is fitted with turf tires and loader valve. There are no warranties or guarantees included. I am selling the house and moving in the spring. I do not want to take this tractor with me. I have changed the engine oil and filter 3 times. The trans/ hydraulic oil and filter once. The front axle oil once. The deck gearbox oil once. BACKHOE ATTACHMENT WITH 3POINT HITCH AND MOUNTS FOR KUBOTA BX
A lot of parts was built in local machine shop. It runs off tractor hydraulics it will dig 6 plus feet dip and 8 foot reach with 12inch wide bucket. It comes with 3 point mounting hitch and also BX sub frame mount. If used on bx you will have to have a weight box on front of tractor. I have use it on Kubota BX 2360 and Kubota B2920 It is i a better fit on B2920.
