I am selling my John Deere 310 backhoe. This backhoe had much maintenance work done to it several years ago. This consisted of: engine overhauled. Radiator removed and cleaned, water pump rebuilt, new radiator hoses, new belts, new seat and seat swivel assembly, backhoe lever pivots replaced.The backhoe starts and runs very good. Rear pivots on boom and bucket have been line bored and rebushed 2 years ago. Backhoe is tight and works properly. Bucket had new teeth installed and new side cutting edges were welded 2 years ago. This is probably a 1970's, but it is in good shape and only has some minor weeping on the bucket cylinder. No oil dripping anywhere. Tires are newer R4 radials on the rear and newer tires on the front(probably about 5 years old) Zerks take grease. Loader works as it should. I have used this backhoe on my farm to bury ... morewire fence, bury cement, and clean up brush in my woods. Must pick up at my location. Please ask questions before bidding if you have any. Selling this for a Friend. He has had it a very Long time and has maintained it well. Everything Works well. The Unit is in very Nice shape for the year. It still wears its original Paint and Looks good. Could use a wash though and it would look great. It is about a 1987. The Tires may be Original. They have plenty of tread but have cracks. The Seat is in very Nice shape and all controls in very nice shape. This machine can still do a lot of work for someone. I airbrushed the Logos on the pictures but the paint is fine and the personal logo he has on the machine on the fron can come off no problem. THe Factory Welds are beautiful and there is no Rust on this machine. It was used residentially for the last 15years on his property Hour meter replaced at one time.
