I don't point out every little thing. These are machines and they will have minor issues. I try to point out the things that will effect the machine now or will probably need to be repaired in the near future. With this JCB there are several things that I would point out. The tires are poor, they hold air and have minimal tread but they are 10% or less remaining. The A/C is intact but the belt is loose and it is not making cold air. 4 X4 Diesel Compact Tractor W/Loader, Back Hoe and 3-Point Hitch
This little guy has served me very well for a long time. But with our recent downsizing(last kid finally moved out) I just no longer need it. Aside from needing a bath(and seat is kind of ugly) this tractor has no problems, it has never been a rental, it has always been adult operated and is not a Chinese gray-market tractor. I am its second owner, have all the original docs including owner’s manual, etc. and have serviced it accordingly. The pictures may be deceiving. This is a basically a full size tractor that has been shrunk to 5/8 scale weighing-in without the attachments at 1200lbs it’s a small(compact) tractor however it’s not a riding lawn mower with a bucket on the front, it’s a real 4 X 4 manual transmission steel tractor and has been a working Son-of-a-Gun at my old 3-acre(gentleman’s ranch) for quit some time and is ready to continue ... moreits work elsewhere. Clock is 954 hours(as of last weekend) the tires are very good(some weather checking) brakes, clutch, electrical are all fine, it starts right up(even in the cold) it doesn’t get hot, use oil or have any strange noises. Terramite T5C T5 Compact Mini Backhoe Loader Attachment
Terramite T5C compact backhoe. Came in with some other equipment I bought and I do not need it. I have no idea what year it is or how many hours it has. It came in with no engine. So I installed a Briggs& Stratton 20 HP Vanguard V-twin. It runs and works, but needs some TLC. The steering box has some play. Needs taken apart and adjusted. The loader valve has some drift, which means it leaks off pretty quickly. It is a Gresen valve, so new o rings will solve the problem. The O rings on the spools cost about 2.00, but its a messy job. The bucket is 4' wide and in good condition. Tire all hold air and have good tread. The hoe bucket is 14 and in good condition, but missing 2 teeth. The shanks are there, but teeth missing. Lights are missing. New seat and battery. Trans feels good. Power feels good. Few leaky hoses. One outrigger needs ... morewelded. Overall, its a running and working compact backhoe that you can dig with right now. It actually out digs my 2014 Kubota L3200 backhoe. Operates twice as fast. I can help if you need it shipped.
