We opened it up and the inside looks and smells right, no water damage or burnt components. It was part of a lot of bench testing equipment we acquired from a marine electronics company that went out of business. If it is not working for any reason. No options are indicated but IEEE-488 GPIB(OPT-488) is installed as standard. Included is a new AC line cord and an original hardcopy of the Operating Manual which is in excellent complete condition with no rips, or tears anywhere. This unit is exceptionally nice; there is no dust inside or out, not even on the fan. The front panel is excellent with no notable blemishes of any kind.
