It has two little baggies of balls and tip filters. There is also a little manual. This unit does not work off batteries. You just plug it in. It has normal wear scratches. And looks very good. There is a Bacharach calibration sticker on it, but the date is not legible. Therefore it probably needs to be calibrated again. I don't know how often they need calibration. Sold as is. Thanks. Unit has been modified by the installation of a red push button on-off switch on the output section. Output section has a repair at the nose( see image 2) which was made with epoxy. Also. At about position 6 on the control knob there is no output, but if you turn the knob beyond or below that position, you get normal output. The 3rd picture was taken with knob at 10.
