The drive weighs only 6 ounces so it is very secure but I do suggest once you receive the scope you remove the cover first to verify it hasn't moved before plugging it in. Update I just purchased a HP 1160A probe 500 MHZ probe Sunday October 5th I added three new pictures. One is the self-test. The warning about the actuators is actually an error due to battery failure(see above) The actuator count can be reset. The next picture the calibration screen showing everything OK and the final test shows the sine wave response to a 100MHZ input. Everything is normal.
