This is a really nice piece of workmanship-Industrial Grade-The Weston Foot Candle Meter comes with instructions. I've opened it and it was reactive to the lights in my shop. How perfect it is being it is around 75 years old. The BAKELITE CASE is Amazing. Pretty close to perfect condition except the leather strap shows some age. I Just had to move meter from shop to weigh it and opened the cover the meter responded to day light quite vigorously. I was surprised because I only tested it on my shop florescent lights where it responded but gave low readings which corresponded to chart in the case.
