This item is a Down Converter image 1(top) Image 2(bottom) that accepts a 2.1 to 3.0 GHz signal at the RF input port and produces a 100 to 1000 MHz signal at the IF output port. Applications of this Down Converter include power and frequency measurement of equipment operating in the Amateur Radio 13 cm band and the 2.4 GHz wireless band. Secured to the bottom plate with 4 each 6-32 machine screws. The AC-406 chassis inside has a 9 X 7 inch sheet of conductive foam plastic glued to the inside top surface to attenuate the electric field and prevent amplifier oscillations. This auction is for a 7-year-old PicoScope. Model ADC-216. It connects to a computer with a parallel cable. I used it in my electronics work area with a laptop running XP with great success. I particularly liked the spectrum analog function. In addition to the oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer displays, it also performs dozens of very accurate measurements, automatically. VERY flexible and at a superb price. The device has 2 BNC signal inputs and 1 BNC trigger input. It cost me over $800 in 2005 and still works just fine. I am only selling it because my laptop died. And my new laptop does not have a parallel port. I do not think this will work with one of those kluged parallel to USB adapters, but I am not certain of that.
