$33.74 Shipping Condition: Used Location: Wenatchee, United States FOR SALE yet another TR-501 but this one is modified since I had more than one of these TR501 units and no more TR503 units I wanted to see how easily ... moreI could make the tr501 work with such Tek units as 492 494 495 96 497 492p 494p 495 p 496p 497p 2753 2754 2792 2794 2753p 2754p2792p 2794p etc. I can up with a modification which is a manual master setting of the tracking frequency(this modification enabled by jumper plug at the rear of the unit to change it from the normal tr501 functions) The unit in modified manual mode will work with either type of unit IE 49x 27xx units or the 7000 series units but will require adjustment to the master setting when switching types once done the unit will tracking your SA as you change its frequency the manual master adjustment is a 20 turn trim pot acessible from the front lower corner of the unit. This setup is also useful if you want a tracking frequency offset from the SA setting and the Tek TR501 tracking generator fits into Tek TM502 TM503 TM504 TM506 TM515 or tm5003 tm5006 cabinet. This unit appears to be in good physical condition. The unit powers up properly I hooked the LO inputs to a 7000 series spectrum analyzer(7000 units cannot be set to max span) sweep control set to zero span(7000 series and 49x series are set to manual sweep) and hooked the output to a counter to show the frequency setting I will have pictures of the unit hooked to a 2792 in a bit. The TR 501 is for frequency range use from.1mz to 1800 mhz and may be used with such Tek units as 7L12 7L13 7L14 This auction is for the tr 501 only no other items are included this references the tm503(a tm502 or tm503 or tm5003 is available for an additional amount) is not included 2792 is not included and the counter is not included.
