This auction is for a variable High Voltage DC Power Supply that will go up to 15kv at up to 10mA. I have load tested it at full voltage and full current and the AC ripple was less than 30mV! This power supply was made for powering CO2 lasers and can supply up to 150 watts of power continuously. It would be a great addition to a hobbyists lab for producing high voltage to create plasma. Drive an ion or electron gun, or, of course, drive a high powered CO2 laser. The insides consists of a variable auto-transformer(variac) that provides the input power to a sealed 0-15kV DC power supply.
