Ford F700 Bucket Truck Armlift Boom
We are selling our 1994 F700 bucket truck. The truck is equipped with a 2000 year model Armlift boom with a 42 foot working height. The controls on the boom are electric solenoid operated so no lines all the way to the bucket. A few of the switches in the bucket are cracked. But still works fine. The hydraulics are Pto operated off the transmission. It is also equipped with a hydraulic post hole digger with telescoping arm on the side. As for the truck itself, it is a 1994 F700F with a 12 valve 5.9 liter cummins turbo diesel. It is backed up by a 5x2 speed Rockwell transmission. Truck runs and drives great. Bucket Truck Ford 7.3 diesel F450 fiberglass utility body no reserve
Up for bid is a 2002 ford f 450 with the 7.3 diesel engine. Armlift 12v telescopic boom with end mounted bucket- this is great because you can work on either side of the bucket without having to reach over the boom. Also the bucket has hydraulic leveling so uou dont have to lean to level ot and you can angle it if you are working over something in the way. WORKING HEIGHT(TOP EDGE OF BUCKET) IS ABOUT 34 FEET. BETWEEN 34 AND 35. I bought this truck in 2006 with 49k it now has 192k and has been the most reliable truck i have wver owned. It has had oil changes faithfully every 4000miles. No huge list of new parts. no major repairs in the last year. Tires are in very good condition all thenway around. Brakes work good and have been serviced as needed but not recently, emergency brake works good. Glow plugs were replaced fall of 2012 and truck ... morestarts great and runs good. It has been used pretty much daily and has its share of dings, the body isnt pretty but it is a great utility body, by fiber-body it is crazy strong, water tight and you can carry a ton of tools in the outside boxes and another ton in the back out of the wind and weather. I just ordered a 2015 f550 truck and I wish it had the same utility bidy this truck has. Just remembered we replaced the rear leaf springs and a bunch of front end suspension. Springs 2011 maybe and front end 2011 or 2012. Frame is clean for a 2002. Some surface rust but no rot or swelled up rusty areas. Same for cab. Bottom edge of cab doors has rust on the inside,i dont believe there is any showing on the outside. Drivers seat has a rip. Disclosure: somewhere between a half and a quarter tank of fuel there is a leak in the pickup tibe inside the tank. Keep it over half a tank you can drive to california. Get below half and truck runs like hell and feels like its running out of fuel. to have the dealer repair was like $1200 and I have kept the tank well above half for a few months while i decided what to do. i decided to retire this truck and add a new truck. 1997 Ford F-350 Super Duty Bucket Truck
1997 Fors F-350 Super Duty Bucket Truck. I have never operated the bucket so I'm not sure if it works or not. But it seems Ina good shape. Engine runs and drives smoothly, engine was replaced 110,000 miles ago, it's a V10 special edition Jasper engine. The vehicle has 310,000 miles on it. The bucket has been operated for 824 hours. The interior is in a good shape.
