Up for bid I have a primitive goose doll shelf sitter. She is made from wood. Has a plaid dress and white pants, a lace apron on her front and another small plaid piece of fabric for the neck piece. She is painted all black and has the white goose loop on her head and had black bead eyes. She measures approx. 16in tall from head to foot. She would be very cute to display on a shelf with some other primitive animals or you could set her on a kitchen counter. Stunning round design cotton patchwork apron with deep pockets and hand pleated white ruffle. Vibrant colors! Center apron is red accented with two 1 3/4" wide red and white design bands, and many rows of tiny black and white rick-rack. Vintage item is crisp, very good condition with no holes, tears, fading or odors. This apron is very well made, the detail is simply amazing, a wonderful example of intricate Seminole Indian handwork of tiny pieces of brightly colored cotton painstakingly sewn together for the tourist trade in the mid century era- 1950’s 1960’s. Measurements– 11 1/2" across top. 16 1/2" widest point, 14 1/2" waist to bottom, each tie extends from apron about 29" See photos.

This beautiful Antique linen apron with white and polk-a-dot pocket.Waistband and theapproximately 3" perimeter of the body, the main body of the apron a gauze that you can see through. This appears to be store made with no tag available. These also were in my grandmother's stash of aprons to only be worn for good. This one might have been worn due to one small pencil tip size brown mark on the apron pocket. Can be seen on enlargement on picture with pocket showing. Length: 21.5" Width(widest point) 19" Waist: up to 44" For sale is a cute and simple apron. It came from a 1917 estate on Mercer Island. WA and is most likely from the Edardian period. It is made of very light cotton with little diamond embroidered details. The hem lace was carefully attached and the fabric was cut away from the lace to match the curve- very detailed craftmanship. It has a simple pocket and ties at the waist. Perhaps it was used by a housemaid at some point? The only stain is pictured, a 3/8" long brown mark. Let me know if you have questions!
