This is a beautiful vintage 1967 US Navy uniform in a heavy weight material that is most likely wool or wool blend. This suit was made by the Naval Uniform Shop Brooklyn 32 New York. It is marked a size 44 and a length of 31. Pants are marked a 38 waist and 30 length. Included is a button tie that was stored with this but it does have a stain. The suit looks excellent! I have not found moth holes. Sizing on clothing varies greatly- especially with vintage items so please go by these approximate measurements to determine if this will work for you: Jacket: Armpit across to armpit is 23 abd 1/4" for a total around of 46 or 47" Shoulder seam down to end of sleeve 25" Back center of neck. This has 1 Dress Jacket with Private stripes date 1969 100% wool. The size is 37S and or 18 ½ chest. There is no belt. There is one 1/8 size moth nip back left top. The buttons are all here. There are 2 pairs of Trousers ones marked on tag DSA-100 69. This is 1969. This has size W-31, L34 Regular. The other pair has no tags but appear to be the same. WWII US Army 45th Infantry Division Uniform Grouping Jacket Trousers Cap Photos
For Sale or Best Offer.Here is a beautiful uniform grouping to a vet that was with the 45th Infantry Division(Artillery) during WWII. This grouping from an estate sale includes the vets class A four pocket uniform jacket with his Army serial number written inside and is near perfect condition with no moth damage. Holes, and still has the original insignia including a very nice WWII cut edge 45th Infantry patch, green wool on black felt corporal chevrons, 4 overseas bars, Good Conduct, World War 2 Victory, and ETO Ribbon with 4 battle stars, Enlisted US& Artillery collar brass discs with period flat clutches. The jacket still has the QM tag in the right front pocket dated Oct 3, 1941 and shows the size 37XL which is a really rare size for a WWII era jacket. The jacket is nice and crisp and the original brass buttons are even still nice ... moreand shiny but there are a few dark spots on the the back from storage that should come out with dry cleaning but would not effect the way this great tunic displays even left as is. The vets original WWII button-fly EM trousers are also in great condition with no holes or moth damage and appear to be reissued but they also have the vets serial number written inside. The QM tag in the pants is washed out but the size stamp is still visible in the waist 33W X 33L The vets long sleeve wool uniform shirt is also in great crisp condition with no holes of any kind and all the original buttons and the QM tag is dated Dec 2, 1940 size 14 1/2-38 stamped in the back. The wool uniform overseas cap is in great shape also with a nice red piping(Artillery) satin lining with a nice soft leather sweatband with a tag that says 100% wool size 6 5/8. Also included is the vets tan uniform tie that is in near perfect condition. There are several other personal items that were found including a letter and postcard written in what looks to be German and the letter is Post marked 1943 with Feldpost underlined on the envelope, 48 star small cotton flag, war ration book with unused stamps, Zippo style

The chevrons are the really nice WWII multi-piece constructed wool/felt type. This jumper is named on both the Naval Clothing Factory tag and stenciled on the inside of the jumper itself. This uniform is completely original WWII and all of the insignia is original to the coat. Coat has a super nice III Marine Amphibious Force patch and Corporal chevrons. The original Eagle Globe and Anchor devices are located on the collar and the"Ruptured Duck" honorable discharge is on the right chest. This coat also still has the original belt. Coat is stamped 1942-1943 and named. The size is marked 5M. I found no moth nips anywhere on this uniform. All buttons are present and the overall condition is excellent. This is part of a large collection of World War II military jacket patches and insignia my dad sent me to sell on ebay. As a young boy during WW II. He wrote to serviceman asking them to send him their patches and he collected these in a large scrapbook. I always admired them as a child myself and he recently sent me the entire box. Some I'm going to keep because I like the design or they have personal meaning but others I'll be selling here when I find the time. Includes a metal buttoned shirt with all original patches including an un-common Oak Creek Council patch. Shirt measures 24 inches across chest so it is around a 46-48 chest! There is also a kneckerchief. Two Boy Scout match safes, a belt w. buckle, a mess kit pouch with the BSA button(no mess kit) and the gem of the lot a Western Cutlery Boy Scouts of America sheath knife with original sheath. Knife is in very nice shape, only lightly sharpened. BSA mark stamped into blade with the Western Boulder Colo Made in U.S.A. on other side. 2 PAIR USMC MARINE CORPS DRESS BLUE UNIFORM 29R + 28TROUSERS/PANTS
Both pair of trousers are in very good condition.One is labeled 29R and the other 28. I measure 31 1/2" on the 29 pair and this pair is made of heavier material than the other. I measure a 32" inseam on the 28" pair.I can't tell the age of these trousers. I did acquire other military clothes that dates from WW 2 to the 1980s.
