3 piece vintage salt. Pepper, and condiment keeper with lid and spoon. In some other auctions it is said to be for jam or jelly. I am not sure. I would think that with salt and pepper it would not be jam and the spoon is tiny for salt also. I think it is for kosher salt with the little spoon. I am not sure and you can make it what ever is good for you. They come in a cute little one wheel cart. All of the glass pieces are in great condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches. The metal caps are all nicely shaped but have small rust spots on the inside from being washed and not dried properly. The kosher salt lid has very minor surface bumps around the tiny knob. A tiny flea bite on the inner corner of the lid. The dish has a good amount of crazing and stains(see photo) but the lid seems to be free from crazing. It measures 11 ½” by 6” and is 3 1/2” deep. Offered for sale is a Mid-Century Silver Soldered 1 Pint Coffee Pot/ Beverage Server from the Mark Hopkins Hotel in San Francisco. This Reed& Barton Pot/Server measures 6-5/8" tall. 5-1/2" across from tip of spout to end of handle and is 3-7/8" in diameter. It has the Mark Hopkins Logo and name engraved on the front. This Pot is very heary and was crafted with properties to help make it thermal. This was a commercially used, washed and stored Pot so has 3 or 4 dents, the biggest and most noticeable under the Hopkins on the front and one on the handle with a couple of smaller ones; it has overall dimpling and the bottom of the inside has darkened-please use the zoom option to get a good close up look, I have tried to photograph from all angles. The inside of the lid is marked with the number 32 which corresponds to a 32 ... moreon the bottom. I have polished it well enough to get a good look at the condition; if you like shiny bright this should polish up even better. The bottom is marked as shown in photo#10, REED& BARTON SILVER SOLDERED 310, 1P, 32, MARK HOPKINS; it has the imagine of a drum incised above REED& BARTON which means this was made in 1950. Antique Vintage Silverplate Casserole Server w Lid Ornate Handles Rectangular
This silverplate casserole server came from an auction in Vermont. I am unsure of it's age. I can not find any maker's marks. I have not cleaned the server. There is some tarnishing and use marks, please see all pictures. It measures 17" long from handle to handle and 7 1/2" tall to the top of the handle. The legs and handles have a pretty floral design. The pyrex insert is not included.
