Hatco Chef System Cook & Hold Oven (Model CSC-10)
Used Hatco Chef System Cook& Hold Oven Model CSC-10 for sale This is a full size food warmer and cooker with a capacity for holding 11 racks(6 racks are included) Each large enough for a full-size hotel pan. This unit features a digital control panel with controls and/or indicators for Preheat Temp, Cook Temp, Cook Time, Hold Temp, and Cycle On. It is rated at 2,160 Watts and 18.1 Amps, and therefore, requires a high capacity commercial electrical outlet. The unit has not been in use for about 3 years and has been kept in an air conditioned storage space. It does not have any major dents. Dings, or scratches, but has some normal wear and tear. The door seal gasket along the outer portion of the door was loose and is tied in place and the portion along the outer bottom corner is separated from the door. These gaskets can be replaced or ... morere-affixed. The unit works as it should and it powers on, heats, and stays warm for the temperature and time selected. It would be a great addition to any restaurant, hotel, or caterer for cooking and warming large quantities of food. I have not been able to find any of these units currently for sale anywhere on eBay or Craigslist, so there are not many readily available for sale. This is a large unit measuring approximately 32 in. deep. 11.25 in. wide, and 56 in. tall. The exact weight of the unit is not known as I could not find the exact specifications of the unit anywhere. The Hatco CSC-5 is the closest comparable unit I could find, and that unit is listed at approximately 165 lbs. As this unit is approximately twice as tall, I estimate the weight to be approximately 330 lbs. or more. Due to its size and weight, this unit will require shipping via freight, based on the exact weight to be determined when shipped. Local pickup is also available for no additional cost. Two Tie Bar/clips For Your Favorite Chef or Cook or Hungry Man
The first is a tie clip features a silver tone dinner knife on black background in a silver oval. The realistic 3-D knife sets up on the flat background. The bar measures 1 ¼ inches long and 5/8 inch wide. Clip is in very good condition. I also have one cuff link just like the tie clip(last picture) which I will throw in. In case someone wants to make something matching the clip. The second appears to be a much older tie clip. I did not polish to see if it could be silver but is in silver tone. The chef figure is crudely cut out with rough edges. The bar itself has a light cross hatch pattern on the surface of the bar. The front surface shows little wear but the back is darker and looks older. The little chef is holding something in his left arm but I can’t tell what it is suppose to be. It’s cute though.
