I don't know much about this doll. I am unable to find any manufacturer markings on her neck. Back, clothes, etc. She is dressed in a long brown dress that is very thick like velvet. The tie on apron matches her long pants under the dress. Her hat matches, it is loose and needs a spot of glue. Her hair is braided fine yarn. Her face,chest, hands, arms, and boots which go to her knees are a hard material. I'm not sure if they are porcelain or resin. She is heavy for her size. Her face seems dirty, but I have not tried to wash it(leaving that for the new owner) Her arms and legs are poseable. This is a very sweet old primitive rag doll. Made from an early feed sack and wearing a wonderful cadet blue calico dress with a brown homespun apron and old tattered button up baby shoes. Take a peek at all the pics for a better description. She measures about 22 inches tall. She has a wonderful simple cadet blue calico dress and brown homespun apron that she is wearing. She comes with some great old tattered button up OLD baby shoes too. All the buttons are on them but they are worn for sure. She is both hand and treadle sewn with some repairs from black thread. She is stuffed with some old rags or cloth and is very bumpy and lumpy and floppy. I just love her. She fits in a child size chair just prim perfect or she looks sweet just sitting on a shelf or on an early bed. I found her in Ohio years ago. She was just as you see her now.
