Up for bid I have a primitive goose doll shelf sitter. She is made from wood. Has a plaid dress and white pants, a lace apron on her front and another small plaid piece of fabric for the neck piece. She is painted all black and has the white goose loop on her head and had black bead eyes. She measures approx. 16in tall from head to foot. She would be very cute to display on a shelf with some other primitive animals or you could set her on a kitchen counter. This auction is for an antique masonic Knights of Templar black apron with silver plated skull and cross bones on front of apron. The outside of the apron is trimmed with a heavy silver bullion ribbon. The back of the apron as in photo's 3 and 4 show silver rings that attached for some unknown reason. The back of the apron is NOT velvet. But made of a heavy black broadcloth. Please take your time and study photo number 5. I am not sure if this is just dirt that can be removed with silver polish or not. I am too chicken to try to clean this item. The brown box in which the apron came in is in excellent condition. I cannot find any research to explain the symbols. I bought this at an estate sale for a wealthy tycoon from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
