EARLY SWING LEG TABLE DOVETAILED APRON WITH ROSE HEAD NAILS
Very nice early swing leg table. Hand dovetailed apron. It sure looks like rosé head nails to me. I took some close up so you can decide, it's been refinished awhile back with some scuff marks but in overall clean shape. Nice long drop on leavers. Mahogany wood and measures: 28" high x 42" long x 19" top with drop leaves measuring 21" each. This would give you about a 62" table with leaves up. VERY NEAT OLD VINTAGE- Solid WHITE APRON w/SEWN DOWN RUFFLES and 4 LAYERS OF LACE. The material is a thin cotton. Not sure what exact name is(see photos for close-up) The apron is approx. 25" long, waistband approx. 13" and ties approx. 26" In GOOD to VERY GOOD condition with a few small stains and a couple of tiny breaks in the crocheted lace. For sale is a Vintage Glass sewing Kit(Jar) it has a removable head as a lid with a covered cork bottom that holds it in.It also has an apron and a small scissors holder on one side. It holds thread. Thimble, needles, buttons etc. It currently has 6 small spools of thread inside. See Photos to enhance my description, as I am not an expert) I see no cracks, chips or other damage to the jar. The head and fabric is slightly soiled/dusty, probably due to it's age. Overall, it is in Good Condition. I do not know it's age, but was told that it is probably from the 1930s or 1940s. Disney Apron Commemorating Coronation Elizabeth II 1953,Donald Duck,Mickey Mouse
This is a VERY RARE vintage original 1953 childrens apron which is commemorating Queen Elizabeth II coronation in 1953. It features Donald Duck with his nephews Huey. Dewie and Louis and Mickey Mouse who comes to their rescue when the car breaks down on way to see the Queen! It was produced by JW Hislop under the Kumfy Kiddies range, they also made Muffin the Mule aprons. The label states'A Kumfy Kiddies Product By Permission of Walt Disney Mickey Mouse Ltd' It measures approximately 45cm wide/ 51cm high. It is made of a plastic material. A faint pink colour with blue fabric edging and ties. Please note the photo makes it look white, it is not, the colour is more realistic in the middle photo. It is in very good vintage condition. There are no splits. There is a little loss of paint in places. A couple of pin prick holes. Hard to ... moresee and two very small holes approx. 2mm diameter(have taken a photo so you can see how small these are) One of the ties has been tied back together as it obviously snapped in the past, but it is all present and correct. It has picked up marks over the years including a few faint blue ones, but nothing major. Overall it is amazing it has survived in such good condition considering its use and age! I have described this to the best of my ability but please ask me any questions you wish regarding this. More photos can be provided on request. I will email them. The apron will be sent by recorded second class and postage will only occur once payment has cleared. It will be posted in a hard cardboard tube so it avoids hard folding lines and compression. Vintage Mickey & Minnie Pepper Steak Adult Size Apron - 1970's
An adult size apron with Mickey and Minnie's Pepper Steak recipe on the front. Has unique design with the characters preparing food. This is copyrighted by Wal Disney Productions. Not sure of a date on this- possibly 1970's. Is a quilted material with border and tie. The upper part of the apron appears to fade into the lower part. Not sure if that is part of the pattern and design. There is a smudge on the left hand side by the tie on the front. Has hard plastic circle at the top where the neck tie is attached. Measures 25" long. And is 23" wide at the waist. This is in good to very good condition. Shipping and handling is USPS Priority Mail. Ships first business day after payment is received.
