Balzers Bell Jar High Vacuum Deposition Chamber that we used for many years in our production process. It has a Leybold Roughing Pump with a Ruvac Turbo Pump. The roughing pump and diffusion pump were in excellent working condition when taken out of service. There is an o-ring in the system that is leaking preventing the chamber from pumping properly. I would recommend a standard servicing before putting back in a production environment. It could benefit from an oil change as well as replacement of o-ring seals. It does have an ion source installed but the power supply for it is not included. There is a 4 pocket electron beam gun with the EB8 power supply as well as a resistance source and power supply for metal coatings. The internal heaters were also in good working condition when removed from service. There are 2 sight ports on the bell ... morejar.
