System consists of Lixi X-ray head with XYZ motorized alignment system mounted in an X-ray containment box with all associated controllers and image printing system. The system was tested and it performed very well. Inspection items are placed on the detector platform and the cabinet door is closed and the"X-ray on" keyswitch is turned on. After a 20 minute warmup the X-ray image appears on the monitor and image adjustments and positioning can be performed at this time.
