This Makita 5402 415mm Beam saw is an older model Saw but it still runs very strong and cuts well. There is a bit of rust on the bottom guide but it could be cleaned off. The cord has a tear in it but the wires are not cut. You may want to replace the cord as the ground plug is missing on the existing cord. Other than that the saw runs great and has not issues. Detailed info on how my multiple item shipping discount is calculated is provided below under"Shipping Notes" ITEM DESCRIPTION: My brother passed away last November. Whilst cleaning out his cellar I found three of these Makita. 7 1/4" circular saws. This auction is for the one shown in the photos. It's a model 5007NB, 13 amp& 5800 rpm. As you can see it is in cosmetically used condition but it runs great! The motor runs strong and the bearings run smooth and tight. In fact, it runs better than my considerably more expensive Porter-Cable saw! I replaced a couple of parts on this saw. Namely: one of the four base retaining screws and the bevel clamping ... moreknob. The only issues with the saw are a small crack in the housing at the inside base of the handle at the bolt(see bottom left photo) and the label is missing. Also the cord appears to be a 5' replacement. Both the blade wrench and rip fence are included with this saw. If you ever do any masonry. Or other abrasive type cutting like old roof shingles etc. it's always a good idea to have an extra, dedicated saw for those dirty, gritty jobs! SHIPPING NOTES: See Calculator for S&H.
