Saw, good battery, and case. the case is pretty rough with a missing latch and it won't close all the way with the battery in there, probably not a proper case for this model, but the drill and the charger both fit in there fine. Battery takes a full charge. Very little wear to the circular saw, typical wear to the drill I would say. Mostly just shows some soiling, it could clean up real nice as well if you were so inclined.
