This Makita 5402 415mm Beam saw is an older model Saw but it still runs very strong and cuts well. There is a bit of rust on the bottom guide but it could be cleaned off. The cord has a tear in it but the wires are not cut. You may want to replace the cord as the ground plug is missing on the existing cord. Other than that the saw runs great and has not issues.
