E.C. Atkins No. 2 - 14 inch 14 ppi cross cut back saw -faint etch -apple handle
This is an absolutely beautiful E.C. Atkins 14 inch crosscut saw with 4 ppi. It has a very faint E. C. Atkins etch with"No. 2" under it. I accidently over polished the blade and couldn't bring the etch back. You can still see a little of it if you move it around so it catches the light just right. It is freshly sharpened with about 12 degrees of rake and 25 degrees of fleam. It cuts aggressively. Smoothly, and keeps the line wonderfully. The handle has a really neat sap wood streak to it and is about as perfect as you will find. The medallion is the recessed style and is nickel. The spine is nicely blued and the blade polished. The handle was cleaned up and finished with some blond shellac and then some paste wax. It feels very very good in the hand and looks amazing. Cranberry Cut to Clear Bohemian Czech Glass Decanter 14 1/2" High Grape & Leaf
Here is the matching decanter to the tumblers I sold a week or two ago. I would have sold them together if I had known that the lady had this piece as well. But the tumblers are all she was selling at that first sale. Now I get the matching decanter two weeks later! Anyway it's a beautiful wheel cut piece in a grape and leaf pattern and cranberry color. With the stopper in place, it stands up 14 1/2" high. It is in excellent condition, just like the tumblers I already sold. I don't know the pattern.

ANTIQUE 1880'S 14 INCH RUBY CUT TO CLEAR HEAVY VASE 800 GERMAN SILVER TOP
Antique Large 14 inch Brilliant Cut Crystal Vase that is Ruby cut with a Heart Shape Large thick 800 Silver edge. The Silver has the Crescent Moon and Crown for Germany and 800. I can not make out the makers mark. This is a huge piece of glass weighing 8 1/2 pounds. The glass sparkles with the deep cuts and the unusual amount of the silver top. The bottom of the vase has zipper cut line and has a star cut bottom. There is one tiny chip on the underside of the base where it sits and a couple tiny ding in the silver next to the markings. The glass has no sickness. Is clean and vibrant. Certainly one of a kind. Thank you for your interest.

Vintage Cut Crystal 14 Inch Tray, Probably East European
This stunning 14" tray of finely cut crystal is a gorgeous example of the glass cutter's art. It is probably East European in design and would date to the 1980's in all likelihood. It is heavily faceted with hobstars. Cross hatching, and stars in a swirled, fan-like design. The border of the tray is accented with vertical cuts that form a semi-sawtooth pattern. The tray is very heavy, weighing nearly 7 lbs. As far as I can tell, there are absolutely no defects. It is in excellent, or perhaps even mint, condition. It is sure to become a family heirloom. The basket was made by Duncan Miller Glass Co. circa 1920's- 1940's and measures 5 3/8 inches by 8 7/8 inches, 4 1/2 inches in base diameter and 14 inches in height. It is mold marked in capital letter in the inside bottom, PATD. It weighs three pounds and two ounces. It is wheel cut on the outside. The item is in excellent shape and has no damage. BLACK LIGHT TEST RESULTS: Confirms American Brilliant Period(approximately 1876-1916) MEASUREMENTS: It measures 14" high and is 5-1/4" in diameter on top and 5" ... moreon the bottom. According to the catalog. This was the largest size available for this vase. WEIGHT/ RING: It weighs 5.3 pounds and has a long lasting ring when tapped. BLANK/ GLASS CLARITY: Blown/ Bright and clear. CUTTING DETAILS: The main miters have nice depth and the overall precision is excellent. POLISHING QUALITY: The finish looks and feels very crisp. CONDITION REPORT(ALWAYS VERY PICKY) The teeth are in good shape with just a couple of pencil point to 1/16" sized nicks if you look very closely for them. The upper portion of the pattern looks great. On the notched prism area I found 2 hard to see still attached flakes that would be about 1/8" or less if they were to separate and a few pencil point sized nicks. The bottom is in very good shape and shows moderate wear scratches on the outer high spots. The interior is clean with no sickness or residue. Please remember that my condition reports are far pickier than normal and most people would consider this vase to be in very good shape overall.
