Stihl Ts400 gas chop saw not running no spark. has 105 lbs compression missing rear air filter cover and recoil starter spring and pulley. top handle is broken. shows signs of use upon inspection i removed air filter and inside was spotless no dust. the belt and drive unit appeared good. compression release works. again this does not run i checked the spark and it did not have any and i checked compression thats all i know is wrong i do not know if a new coil will make this run or not in my opinion i think it will the engine looks unmolested and complete. also no blade is included paypal only no international shipping.
