Which are unfortunately hard to see and not typical. I found the first mark'Deantai Sasana' on several listings for similar Irish themed pieces of jewelry dating from the 50's and 60's. It was identified as a Gaelic phrase that means'Made in England' The mark'H G( S' is most likely a maker's mark. Another mark has'925' which means sterling silver, flanked with 2 marks that I can't see- they may be an assay location and a date letter. There's also 2 very small marks by themselves on the back of a petal, which I can't make out at all- also perhaps an assay or date mark. OUR BLUE MARBLE-NASA ROUND Puzzle+Tube-2001 Image Data-Terra MODIS-Pixel Back
I got this NASA puzzle from a science fair around 2008. It has been used and the tube container has some issues at the top. Please see photo. The puzzle is in very good condition. There are 32 pieces, all there, and when put together it measures about 8 1/2 inches in diameter. The front side is of Earth, Our Blue Marble, a collection of four months of satellite data stitched together from individual swaths to form a composite of the entire Earth. The data were collected from June to September 2001 by the Terra satellite's Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS) instrument as the spacecraft flew about 435 miles above earth. The reverse side. an example of how the satellite's instrument recorded the intensity of light in different parts of the image. That's a flash glare at the bottom of the pixel side, sorry. There ... moreis an 8 1/2 x 11 inch double sided NASA sheet that explains the puzzle, MODIS, pixels, and lots more. It has a half inch tear along one fold. I have not seen another of these listed. The reason for this accusation was that the music was in too good a condition to have been previously used! This is NOT the case. I do not posses a photocopier. I have no access to one and I certainly do not have the time, energy or inclination to carry piles of music to the copy shop and back! I am disposing of my large brass band music collection. If you do not trust second hand sheet music or if you are expecting'collectable' old music that is damaged, soiled or torn please look elsewhere. I am a retired bandmaster. Conducting tutor and teacher of music theory. I purchased my music from publishers, retailers, trade stands and direct from arrangers and composers all over Europe ... moreso styles and print quality vary widely. My music sets therefore are in widely varying styles and formats- the photo is the actual set on sale and will show you the font and formatting used. I'm not sure what the material is. It looks like stone, but unsure. Has the same striations as you would find in celluloid or woodgrain, but it's too heavy for that. RARE Antique J& M.P Bells Glasgow Pottery'Marble' Pattern Chamber Pot– Rare Pattern. Description For auction is a beautiful and very rare J& M. P. Bells Glasgow pottery'marble' pattern chamber pot. This beautiful chamber pot measures approx. 22cm in diameter. Approx 14.5cm in height and approx.25cm in length from handle to the lip of the chamber pot. The chamber pot is decorated in a grey marble pattern which seem to have been done before glazing and firing. The chamber pot is heavy and solid. There is a small chip at the base of the chamber pot, this is very old chip as it has aged and discoloured. There are some light patches of crazing over the pot, this can be seen on the underside. The J& M.P. Bells pottery in Glasgow suffered from a major fire and as such may moulds. Templates and other equipment was totally ... moredestroyed. Sometime ago researchers dug through the factory remains to try and find what remains they could. This means that may of Bells patterns, styles and pottery was destroyed and lost. After extensive research regarding this'marble' pattern. I have found only one reference towards it. This was in Henry H. Kelly's definitive book'The Glasgow pottery of John and Matthew Perston Bell. This chamber pot was looked at by a Glasgow pottery expert who had never come across this pattern from the Bells factory before. This was backed up by an academic and historian at an Edinburgh museum. They both advised that the only reference to this pattern could be made through Henry H. Kelly's book and that this pattern is a true rarity. Due to my location it could be more than possible that this pattern was a'New' technique or idea that was only made on a few pieces that then went home with employees rather than for sale to the public. This theory was also backed up by expert opinion. This is a beautiful piece of pottery heavy and solid. The grey and white colours are surprisingly modern and would not look out of place in any bathroom I was lucky enough to come

Known as a Stargazer, with eyes, nose, and ears. Similar in style to the Cycladic idol, but pieces like this were found in Turkey.
