I took this out of my DM602.5 S3. It is 100% operational and sounds perfect. The only reason I replaced it is because I'm very anal and if you look at the bullet dust cover in picture 2. It was dented by one of my sons. It does not effect the performance at all, in fact the driver has seen very little use. I believe the driver is good for the DM602.5 S3 as well as the DM603 S3. But I removed the components. here's the scoop:BE SURE you understand this: The woofer(BZ200) operates just fine. It was gone over at PMR in Ohio. And has a clean bill of health. What ever it needed, it got, and it looks new again. Sonically it's astounding, with great detail. The voice coil can be seen from the side due to the inovatiive frame design which allows direct cooling of the voice coil windings. It's a really nice woofer.Aluminum frame,Poly cone, and a rubber surround for great dampening and cone edge resonance control. The port- just fine. The terminal cup- just fine The crossover is a true 2 way. 12dB crossover. There ... moreis a single inductor lead which needs re-soldered to a terminal. That's an easy fix. The tweeter is dead. No signal or sound.It'll need a new diaphram. But it looks like a standard 1" diameter, so there could be a variety of lower priced replacements, since anything B&K is expensive. BE SURE you understand the tweeter is dead. And the inductor lead on the XO needs connected. Other than that. That's all that's wrong with this 2 way set of components. For your consideration are this fine pair of B&W DM220 speakers. They're in excellent condition and sound fantastic. They've thrown many a good speaker to the curb over a period of time. Now we're moving and won't have the space for all the speakers and equipment we've accumulated. An so they are a little large for what space to have to work with. These were purchase sometime ago from an engineer that owned a recording studio in Boston. Mass. They were that companies studio monitors. Note the many 5 star review r. I'll have more photos later once i get a chance to take them outdoors with better lighting. The digital camera we're using doesn't photograph well inside or even in the best lighting. It's gonna be raining for the next couple day. Once i get an opportunity i will snap some better pics. They're in mint condition. Not a mark on them. The woofers and tweeters are in excellent condition too. There are no cosmetic or electronic issues what so ever. Beautiful solid condition.
