This item does have some type of greenish colored accumulation on one end of the openings on this valve. I am unsure if this is something permanent or it can be cleaned off. The yellow part of the handle has some wear and tear to it with some deep scratches that have removed some of the yellow and a few spots where it has cracked all the way through. Items for bid are a pair of 1" brass Apollo ball valves. Brass fittings included are a 1' close nipple. 2) 1'x3/4" bushings and 2) 3/4' close nipples. Valves were new when I installed them and were in use less than a month on a home water filter. Filter housing was leaking so I changed to a built in valve style filter, so I no longer need the ball valves. They are in great condition with just some tape and dope on them.
