The only noticeable signs of use or storage are some micro-scratches in the chrome surface. It is unknown if this shiny chrome automatic toilet flusher was ever installed and used. The battery operated sensor makes the noise common to these units as something passes in front of it. I am not sure if this unit is complete or serviceable in its present state. This is a Chicago Faucets Utility. Food Service or Janitorial Faucet with vacuum breaker spout. It has a pail hook, a wall brace and a 3/4" mail hose thread outlet. It's on 8 inch centers. It is in very good condition except for some surface rust on the back of one of the places where it connected to the wall. How do I happen to have a faucet like this? So glad you asked. When I bought a duplex 4 years ago it was in rough shape and had no faucet in one of the kitchens. I made the deal contingent on having the faucet replaced and didn't go back to check on the faucet after the work was done. Instead sending my inspector to make sure it was there.
