Taco C12 E2 air scoop and vent valve
This is a TACO C12 E2 air scoop and vent valve. I just put in a new heat system(Rinnai) about 3 weeks ago. Air kept getting in to the system and when the air hit the circulating pumps. They would stop pumping the hot water. So I installed this NEW Taco air scoop and NEW vent valve. It did not fix the problem so I removed it after only 2 days of it being installed. So these have only been used for 2 days. They are like new except for you will see some rust inside, some of the green paint knocked off where I put it in a vice to tighten the fittings and there are remains of the teflon tape I used to seal the threads(inside diameter of inlet and outlet is 1 1/2 inch) I can not return it to Home Depot because it was used and is not new anymore.
