A! I think this is from an old steam engine.The color and finish lead me to believe it's made of bronze but could possibly be brass. I picked it up at an estate sale a few months back with an old oiler and a few odds& ends. I sold the oiler and somehow this ended up in a bin of parts I was going to scrap.Thankfully I sorted through that bin before I did so.
