Here is a used Smith& Nephew Exogen 4000 bone healing system. This has been used 89 times. I'm not sure if each time was the full 20mins. This does power up(see pictures) But when it finishes powering up, there is a beep and it shuts down. I called the service center and they said it is probably a bad battery and that the battery needs to be replaced. So.the unit does work, but needs a new battery!
