HIGH VOLTAGE: Peak current/voltage readout to monitor either peak current or voltage. Equipped with surge on-off(interrupted) times that can be independently set from.5 to 60 seconds. Unit provides four modes of operation including continuous. Reciprocate, surge on-off(interrupted) and probe. Includes a durable electrical treatment timer and amplitude balance control that allows adjustment of the current amplitude into red and black electrodes. A polarity switch selects positive or negative polarity of the active electrode; and pulse frequency adjustable from 1 to 120 pulses per second. This unit[Serial# 3364] powers up immediately and awaits selection of therapy mode. Ultrasound works flawlessly. And the temperature sensor does cut of f power to Ultrasound Head when maximum temperature is reached. It can be reset by turning the selector off and back on. Ultrasound Probe installed. Cosmetically very good. we see no signs of abuse or damage. ALL knobs. Dials, and selectors installed and accounted for. The ultrasound probe and it's cable is in very nice condition showing no outward signs of any damage or wear. The probes right hand side wire cradle has some wear otherwise a really nice unit. We have powered on the device by turning the timer dial and selecting the mode. When in the Ultrasound mode the Power in Watts indicator would change accordingly to the intensity selected. Please note we do not have any ... morepads included so when being placed into that mode we could change from pulsed or steady mode and the indicator lights would either alternate or stay on steady depending if set for steady or pulsed mode where the led's would alternate depending on how many seconds selected. We did not notice the left volt indicator move but are assuming there needs to be pad's or probes installed for the indicator to register but unsure. The timer dial works correctly and counts down as it should. Please note we are not experts in this system so if there are specific tests you would like us to conduct please advise and we'll get back to you.
