This system is in very good cosmetic condition. I has few minor scratches but no damage. System is from a VA medical facility and the release paper for this stated that this was replaced with a newer system. System powers. Computer system boot up. Now the computer was wiped, the hard drive was removed(replaced with a 250GB capacity) even the ram were replaced because they didn't want to release the machine with patients' information. however fortunately the installation discs were release with the machine(xp os, system 4 disc, driver for the CD drive, driver for the touch screen, driver for the printer and driver for the dell optiplex 745. So basically the software on the machine was not professionally installed and properly set with the machine, software was just reinstalled.
