This is a cervical traction device that you can use at home. I bought it a few years ago from my physical therapist and it was a huge help. The unit is in excellent condition. I used it for a few weeks and since then it's been collecting dust in my closet. The carrying case is awesome and sturdy and has a styrofoam base to hold the unit in place.
