It is in working order, with considerable wear from use but no broken parts that affect operation. The padding had some dust and tiny debris in it but I vacuumed it out as well as I could, and it looks pretty good. The plastic has some scuffs and scratches, and a few cracks in the plastic cover at the end of one of the track rails(see photo 4; does not affect operation) The hand controller is very simple- one button.
