the freight calculator is not very acruate the buyer will get an actual quote. Moore#2 jig grinder borer machine. Prevoius owner told me that this machine was totaly rebuilt by moore in 1984 and it got the works even the ballscrews where replaced. We where told it still works as good as the day it was rebuilt. We where also told this is by far the most acurate machine he had which is saying a lot as he had several newer vmc mills that cost over $100 grand comes with manuals 220 volt 3 phase. Boring depth dial indicator for Moore No 1 jig borer
This attaches to the head of a Moore No 1 jig borer like the one shown in the first photo. And has a 1 inch range. The sliding stop can be adjusted over the depth range of the machine. The bottom clamps around the spindle and it holds the vertical rod for the stop. The indicator is attached to the head casting via two tapped holes that must be added. It's in good condition. Free local(just west of Boston) pickup is available.

This steel straightedge for the Moore No 1 jig borer is 16" long. 2" high and 1/2" thick, with 4 holes on ~4 5/8" spacing. It attaches with 3/8" cap screws(not included) to either the front or the back(unless you have a digital readout scale mounted there) of the table, using existing holes. It can be used to speed alignment of a vise, dividing head or a piece of stock relative to the table travel either against the edge or spaced with a parallel. It can also be inverted and re-attached so that the straightedge is below the table height. The photos show the one being sold when it was temporarily mounted my Moore No 1(which obviously is not included) I have another straightedge I'm keeping.
