For sale are 5/16-24 Stainless Steel Nuts& FREE Stainless Steel 5/16 washers. The factory spec for the nuts are"A194 Grade 8" Which the ATSM spec states is. The factory spec on the washers are"AISI 304" NOTE: These nuts are thinner than standard nuts. And some people might call them"Jam Nuts" but they seem thicker than normal jam nuts to me. These were put onto ball valves at the factory and taken off when they arrived here direct from the factory.
