Its microscopic lens is 20x magnification with 0.0025 inch viewable divisions. It comes with a sample printing roll and spanner wrench. And also has a magnetic base. It is in proper working condition and is being sold because the engraving company that used this device no longer exists. Canon Double Turret Zoom Viewfinder for Canon Rangefinder FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING For auction is Canon double turret zoom viewfinder for Canon rangefinder cameras(it can be used on other cameras as well. Of course) The finder is used. I believe that the finder is supposed to have an attachment that attaches to the front of the smaller turret(the one for wide and standard focal lengths) to allow framing for wide-angle focal lengths. This wide-angle attachment is missing. And so the finder can be used only for standard(35mm to 50mm) and telephoto(85mm to 135mm) focal lengths. The wide angle settings(21mm to 28mm) are not available. The optics have dust. Dirt, and haze. There may be a little bit of fungus, but nothing that is immediately visible. The hazing is worse in the telephoto turret. In the standard turret, it is light. When looking ... morethrough the finder. One can see some specks. Apart from this, the view through the standard turret is clear(not cloudy) The view through the telephoto turret is slightly cloudy, but usable(it gets more cloudy when looking against a light source, but even then it is usable) The nose of the smaller turret is deformed(please see picture#4) On the larger(telephoto) turret. The rotating ring that switches between the focal lengths is dented, but the ring turns smoothly and without problems. Cosmetically. The finder shows a lot of wear. There are scratches, scuffs, nicks, dings on edges, etc. Please see picture#3 for dings on the rear edge. The chrome shows wear. And the underlying layer is showing through the chrome as a lot of tiny dots and small spots. The black-finished parts of the finder show a lot of paint loss. Mechanically. The finder is ok. The parallax correcting mechanism works ok, the finder switches between the two turrets as it should, and the rings on them that select the different focal lengths turn smoothly. Local estate sale find! This is a Portable Test Unit(PTU) for the M60-A2 Tank turret systems. It is manufactured by the Cadillac Gage Company of Detroit. Michigan. The numbers on the case are: ORD P/N 11627140 and MFG P/N 10237-26097. This unit comes with the connector cables and the instruction sheets shown in the photo. As for condition, externally the handle on top of the case is slightly bent and there are some light scuffs and scratches and a small ding in the back right corner. Inside it doesn't look like this thing has ever actually been used and even the connector cables in the top part of the case look new and are still in the original plastic bags. This is the third in series of my prized acquisitions of antique Tower/Turret/Church clocks which were considered as good as'dead' and have now been resurrected to their glorious beauty of youth! What is being listed now is a breathtaking beauty of immense rarity. A glorious reminder of timelessnesss of time: a tower clock or turret clock, frame cast in iron, main gears all brass and other parts seem finely hand crafted. The clock is complete and ready to tic in your drawing room after a break of maybe a few decades when it must have been consigned to the hinterlands of some storage/scrap yard! I have purposefully given the old pictures and then the present pictures when the same has been gently brought back to its glorious youthfulness by caressing hands. You will find in the photos given in the description how the item considered ... moreas'scrap worthy' has suddenly turned into such a beautiful horological piece.Thus the pictures show the condition when it was rescued from recyling and taken up for what then was called an ambitious attempt at restoring it. South Bend lathe turret carriage stop for parts or rebuild
Here we have a partial turret carriage stop for a South Bend 9 or 10K lathe. As you can see. Someone added a couple extra holes for stops. The turret turns freely, the two extra positions do not have detents, but the four standard ones do. As you can see, there is some surface rust that does not affect its operation. The turret is marked with the South Bend logo and the part number FPS-100NK, and a casting number 1215NK1. You would need to add some 5/16 inch threaded rod, some nuts, set screws, fabricate a small plate for the bed clamp, and add clamping bolts. I'm starting this low as it is no collector's item, but would be of use to someone who needs one and is willing to put some sweat equity into it. Email me if you have any questions. Up for this no reserve auction is a Heavy duty industrial Turret Lathe made by the Warner- Swasey Company. It is labeled as the#4 model. It is powered by a three phase 440 vac Sterling 7 1/2HP motor. Through Shaft size 2 3/4" Chuck up 4" The lathe comes with a full complement of tooling(drill bits, reamers, chucks, and more) The lathe also comes with two steel stands for the tooling and a steel work table. With the muzzle of one of Monitor's two 11-inch Dahlgren smoothbore guns showing, is at center. Note dents in the turret armor from hits by Confederate heavy guns. And crewmembers atop the turret. MERRIMACK: The battle on March 9. 1862, between the USS Monitor and the CSS Merrimack, ... moreofficially the CSS Virginia, is one of the most revolutionary naval battles in world history. Up until that point, all battles had been waged between wooden ships. This was the first battle in maritime history that two ironclad ships waged war. The battle at Hampton Roads was part of the Peninsula Campaign that lasted from March to August of 1862. There was a total of five ships engaged in the battle. From the US Navy. There were four ships, the USS Congress, USS Minnesota, USS Cumberland, and the USS Monitor. The CS Navy had one ship, the CSS Merrimack.
