We are offering a package of(5) 7/16 Acme Gridley RA-6 screw machines complete with all the cross slide tool holders. Toll slide saddles, shave tool holders, thread roll holders, collets, pads, gears, and spare parts on hand. You can purchase a complete 7/16 department for around the price of the other machine listed on e-bay. Machine#1 is a stop spindle machine(the clutches have been removed but will ship with the machine) It has a pick off and back burr slide, 4th position threading, stock depletion, a Reed thread roll head and a chip conveyor. Machine#2 has 3rd position accelerated reaming and a flood coolant and chip recovery system. Machine#3 has a pick off and back burr slide, 4th position threading and a flood coolant and recovery system. Machine#4 has 4th position threading, two shave tool holders and a flood coolant and chip recovery ... moresystem. Machine#5 has 4th position threading, a shave tool holder, a pick off but no back burr slide, and a flood coolant and chip recovery system. All machines include the form tool and cut-off tool hoIders shown in the photos. Acme Gridley Master collet Chuck + 4 Collet Pads Master collet has a slot in the face of the collet that goes through to the head angle to allow pads to be clamped into place. Pads are held in the collet using a square lug which is threaded into the pad and secured by a taper-threaded locking screw. The collets do not have to be removed from the spindle to change the pads. The clamps stay with the pads and cannot be lost.
