This is a used Follower rest for a Sheldon Lathe. It's in good condition. Some light surface rust where the paint has chipped. I removed all threaded parts and cleaned everything up, all threads work well. It has"Sheldon Lathe Co inc" Stamped into, also has the Model no XS-209 stamped in. Dimensions: The mount hole spacing is just more than 2 1/8" It is 1 1/4" thick where it mounts. From the mounting holes to the center of the rest is about 4 3/4" Fully retracted the length from the mounting holes to top open jaw is about 6 5/8" someone came to look at all my lathe parts I'm selling. He said from these dimensions he thinks this was for the 11" Sheldon lathe model.but I do not know for sure what model it is from. Thanks for looking.

nice set of double action(DA) 100 collets. Collet holder is bolted to a 1-1/2" x 8 thread backing plate. tapered collet holder is a number 3 Morse taper with a 5/8" x 18 thread for pull rod. collets range from 1/4" 9/16" inch, some are marked Erickson and I believe they all are Erickson but I can't verify that. this is a quality set.

18 pitch change gears compatible with many small bench type lathes. All have 1/2" face and 5/8" bore with keyway. 5 are cast iron and look to be oem South Bend. And 10 are steel. All are near mint condition with exception of one 24T which is pitted on sides only. Tooth count is: 2x24, 25, 40, 50, 56, 62, 68, 74, 80, 82, 89, 95, 101, 111 These came from a 9" South Bend that had been reengineered to wind coils.

You are bidding on a used Royal 5C collet closer assy for a metalworking lathe. I purchased this new about 15 years ago. And mounted it to a 13" Sheldon lathe. I do not think it was used more than 6-10 times. I upgraded to a LeBlond lathe and sold the Sheldon. I kept the closer because it was still like new. I do not remember exact purchase price, but it was around $1000 when I purchased it. This is a universal system and it can be adapted to almost any lathe with a 1-3/8" inside diameter spindle bore. Comes just as pictured, including the sleeve which mounts in headstock spindle and hold's collets. It fits a#5 Morse Taper which is pretty standard on these size lathes. You will not find a better condition unit, unless you purchase it new. It is a little dusty right now from sitting for the past 15 or so years, but will clean ... moreup great! Very low opening bid with no reserve. This need's to go to someone who can put it to good use, instead of taking up room in my basement. Shipping will run a flat $25 in conusa via UPS. Up for bid is a Vee Belt pulley from an 11" Sheldon lathe. The gear diameter is 3" and the bore is 2" The gear is in usable condition. However the bore is worn pretty bad.
