This machine also has the NS 9072 72 inch length option built into the machine by the factory. The machine operates on 220 v single phase electricity. In addition there is one complete reverse assembly. With this assembly installed on a carving station you can use a right hand pattern to turn a left hand stock etc. There are also 4 large spindle heads for carving large items such as figures of cowboys. Cigar store indians, figured columns etc. There are a number of tools and cutters included with the machine. These items are pictured in the posted photos. The machine has had very light duty and most of that on only two spindles. The crate and ammunition was originally from a contract with“THE UNION METALLIC CARTRIDGE COMPANY” which is stenciled on each side along with, 1000 BALL CARTRIDGES/CAL.45/SMOKELESS POWDER/BRIDGEPORT, CONN. U.S. of A. Each end, CAL.45” in bold two inch stencils. The blade has a flat black finish and shows wear. The blade does have some light rust spots. The grips are wood and are in good condition with no cracks but do have some small dents. The push button release works. The scabbard is painted a flat silver. The belt hanger moves freely all the way around and is missing the washer. M1887 TRAPDOOR SPRINGFIELD LEATHER RIFLE SLING ORIGINAL ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL
This is an original M1887 rifle sling for the Trapdoor Springfield rifles and Springfield Krag rifles. It is in very good condition. But has two replacement keepers that are of the correct type, but reproductions. The sling is marked"Rock Island Arsenal" with the inspector mark"H.E.K. below it and is also marked"J.M.M. on the tongue. This sling does have a couple of creases from improper storage, but no splits(see photos) The brass hooks have a nice patina and just a small amount of verdigris. The stock has it's original brass butt plate. Steel disc and sling swivel. There is a crack at the butt end extending from the brass plate but could be easily filled if desired. The end that attaches to the rifle is in great shape with no chips or cracks and has an indentation for the safety lever. The wood surface looks to have been hand sanded with coarse grit at some point.probably to take the dark surface grime off.who knows. But there does not appear to be much wood loss if any. Very Rare Enfield Pattern 13 Trials Rifle Bayonet Dated w/ Quillion Hook NR
New Category to allow over seas bids Enfield Pattern 13 Trials Bayonet with Quill Hook made for the 1913 Pattern 13 Enfield.276 Trials Rifle. The precursor to the Pattern 14 and M1917 rifles. The bayonet is dated March 1913(3 13) These bayonets were made by RSAF Enfield and Vickers. Only Enfield made them with Quillion. Production by Enfield only ran from late 1912 to early 1913. With a production run between Enfield and Vickers of less than about 1.000 bayonets( compared to#s of 100Ks to Millions for P08,P14 and M1917) This bayonet is marked# 532 on the pommel. This number matched to the serial# on the original P13 rifle that it was matched up to. OK authenticity is going to be the next question. I have several Pattern. 13. M1917, and P08 bayonets to compare it to and it all looks good. The bayonet does match up to and fits my RE Pattern ... more14 Rifle. I posted several pics on the milsurp forum and did not get any neg response from the experts over there. I also took to Baltimore Arms show this past March and ran it by some experts there who all felt it was original. Please also compare the near mint example on Imperial War Museum web site. It gives some good close ups. There are no weld marks that I can tell around the Quillon if it were a converted P08 it would not fit on a P13 rifle. I do not see any signs of a riassco being ground down to hid US maker marks. And over stamping with British proofs. All the wear and aging looks honest a consistent with a bayonet that just turned 100 years old last month. This is about the best I can do. If anyone some other in site I welcome your thoughts. Now for condition. The good: the blade is in very good shape with no rust or pitting. Early teardrop scarab is in excellent shape. The hilt and Quillion have some pitting(~10% The pommel end has a lot of pitting/rust. The bad: The wooden hand grips and screws are in bad shape. You are bidding on 5 antique original Swiss Schmidt Rubin original K-31 leather slings. These are all original with original sling clasp and button. The sling measures 48" long and is 1 1/8" wide. They could use a little tlc. We have not attempted to condition or clean them. They have different markings on them. These slings were made by saddle makers around Switzerland. After they were made. They would add there own markings and stamps. A great piece of history! Great for your collection or for resale. From what we are told, some markings are more valuable than others. Maybe you can sort through them and find a really rare one! The slings pictured are the ones you will recieve!

Lot of(3)1942 WW2 British Enfield Rifle Canvas Cases& Misc. Pouch Two of these rifle cases are in very nice original condition. The markings a pretty light. But I can make out a large"ENGLAND" stamp on the outside top of one and a"1942" inside a circle with the maker's mark on the inside top of one. I can't quite tell what the rest of the marking are. They are approx. 50" long when open. They both have a couple small oil/stained spots. All of the buckles and straps are present and work fine. The other rifle case is also in good shape. But someone has removed the accessory pouch and added an extra buckle on it. Otherwise, it is in pretty much the same condition as the other two original ones. I'm not sure what the"Misc. pouch is. But it appears to be WW2 vintage. Its approx. 7" x 13" ... morewith the flap closed. Its in very nice shape and the buckle and belt hook work fine. I cannot find any markings on it.
