Adjusting take up sleeve with locking nut for maintaining proper degree of post rigidity. The Post Snug has 3/8 and a 5/32 inch holes, but the design allows holding many different diameter rods. A locking lever tightens the internal steel cable to make the post rigid and lock it in position.
